Appointments/Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators. If you are a no-show for your consultation, you will be charged a consultation fee for your next appointment. We reserve the right to not schedule any further appointments for patients with multiple no shows or cancellations.

Cosmetic Surgery Consult

Only the INITIAL cosmetic consultation is complimentary. Subsequent cosmetic consultations will be charged a $100 fee. Also, any consultation for cosmetic surgery revision (a cosmetic procedure that was previously done by another surgeon, physician or provider) will be charged a fee of $200. This fee will be applied to any procedures or surgeries you decide to go forward with. Cosmetic surgery includes surgical and nonsurgical procedures that reshape normal structures of the body in order to improve appearance and self-esteem. Because cosmetic surgery is elective, it is not covered by health insurance.

Payment Options

The practice fee for your cosmetic procedure is due in-full 2 weeks in advance of all surgical procedures. The surgery center and anesthesiologist will contact you a few days prior to surgery to collect their portion of the fees.
